I am not sure of what a gmail is but I know that on yahoo an email doesn't cost money.

gmail is offered at gratis by Google as a web mail,it does not cost you any money.It's just like you are enjoying Yahoo Mail,Hot mail etc

no it's free you can sign up if you have a cell phone or if somebody offers you an invitation i'll gladly give you an invite if you give me your email and best answer lol

No it doesn't but a current member has to refer you.. or you can go to gmail.com & have a text sent to your cell phone with a code you can use to get a gmail account.
