gurl what friend which one of our friend is pregnant y u aint tell me is it you or someone related to you you know who im talking about but anyway yes gurl you can have diarrhea while you r pregnant

Yep- it either comes out too much or not at all. Watch that she doesn't get dehydrated though, it is easier to become dehydrated when pregnant anyway, the diarrhea only makes it worse. Lots of water!

YES.. i swap between being constipated and having diarrhea... cant win.

Sad to say but Yes. I would tell her to call her OB they might suggest some over the counter Rx's or prescribe her something.
