call the dealer in your area give the VIN
or go online if it is your Z71 from the other question go to gm's website and enter the vin

Here is a site that tells you your vehicle recalls. All you have to do is type in the info on your truck or car and it lists the recalls for that year and model.

Autotrader.com, they sell cars there but you can search for anything sold in the United States. They have pages of recalls and reasons why and the affecte4d models. You can also find other important specs there as well.
