Why does everyone avatar look like a grey head? Is this the new trend on Answers?

I didn't even notice until someone pointed it out to me earlier. I'm kinda slow to catch on sometimes.

It is just the new pic for people who doesn't have a personal or avatar pic up. I like the new ones better than that smiley face

they redid answers .. again .. so now instead of that grey box with a smiley face, it's a dark grey head - and on the bottm where it shows you more questions, the writing is a darker blue and it's not underlined. i like the look better now, it's cleaner looking

well for Halloween they had an option of an alien head and a lot of people chose that on their avatar

Yeah...I was used to the old look and old format for Yahoo Answers. Now everything is different.
