i am a personal fan of miley cyrus, and i promised her i would not give out her email address.
u can however have her fanmail which she does respond to
mileycyrus_fanmail411@yahoo.com
she has many different fanmails, but use this one for now because her other ones r full.
please spread this fanmail address to all miley fans as well.
