When you are swamped and you feel like you have no energy, do jumping jacks. I am a single mom who works full-time and is a full-time student., and it never fails for me. Also make sure that you are eating a well balanced healthy diet. If you eat burgers fries, and lots of heavy fried foods all the time, you will make yourself more tired. ANd you cna use the baby as a weight when you workout. Buy yourself a snugli, strap baby to your body, and get your workout on. Baby will love being close to you and moving around, and you've got a natural gradual increase in resistance from your growing little one. You both help each other.

THen on weekends, after you've done that, then you can take a nap together. My son is now 25 months, and he still tries to do the snugli when I workout, but he's pushing 30 pounds, so I don't do my workout with him anymore. But try it. You both may feel a bit better.

Sleep when the baby sleeps.
Bring baby into bed with you so you get more sleep.
Have doctor check your thyroid levels to make sure there isn't a problem causing fatigue.
