In 1990, a NYT poll found that 60% of blacks thought it true or possibly true that the government was making drugs available in black neighborhoods in order to harm people.
The same poll found that 29% thought it true or probably true that the AIDS virus was invented by racist conspirators to kill blacks.
If you do believe these, I would like to know, specifically, why.

My source is a New York Times poll which I am recounting from Pat Buchanan's "State of Emergency".

I'm not sure if the government would actually make the drugs available but I really don't think they mind all that much that black people are dying. Everyone knows they would try harder if more white neighborhoods were obviously being destroyed. Black people/neighborhoods have never been at the top of any priority list. The AIDS story is a little too unbelievable unless they added gay men to the list too.

The idea that drugs are only prevalent in black or "urban" communities is a myth, likely so popular because of a media catering to a biased pubic. The truth is that drugs have a definite place in white and suburban communities as well. More money equals more money to buy drugs.
As for the AIDS thing, that's just idiotic. If these "racist conspirators" had in their employ those intelligent and skilled enough to engineer such a virus, those people undoubtedly would not have forgotten to make the virus harmless to whites.

I do believe that drugs are targeted toward all impoverished neighborhoods, so they can make a quick buck and kill their folks in the interim. I do believe that the Aids Virus is man made and people in Haiti/Africa (wherever "they" say it was founded) were injected with this disease. (One of the reasons why I dont get flu shots) The majority of the time when a "disgusting" disease is discovered it's always from where black people take up most of the population. They also say that it came from a monkey ... how did they come to that conclusion? And where is the damn monkey?

I remember hearing that Blacks thought there were chemicals put into "Tropical" sodas (real cheap soda) that made them infertile. I'm sure that was an urban legend, and I'm sure what you quoted is too. Where are your sources? Who did the poll?
A true story is that Snapple pulled its original Iced Tea design because Blacks thought slave ships with africans were pictured. Actually, it was a depiction of the Boston Tea Party with the participants dressed like indians.

As far as the drugs... YES... I believe that to be true. How many black people do you know have the ability to travel to Colombia and other areas to smuggle drugs in to this country? Black people are NOT bringing the drugs in. PERIOD. There have been MANY situations where corrupt cops and other government officials have been busted for being involved in some kind of drug ring or something of the sort.
As far as AIDS, I do believe that there is a cure for it. BUT, I think the government uses it as population control. In a lot of ways, I feel that they are preying on the ignorance of some blacks in urban communities.
I do think there are certain conspiracies out there as far as blacks are concerned, but I think a lot of us make it easy for these conspiracies to be played out in a seeminly undetectable way.

I am not black but i wouldn't put it past the gov or anyone else. when
in the late 80's early 90's more than one fbi and cia agent was caught selling crack to people ON VIDEO..oh when the reporters who did the sting reported it (most recently in the san jose mercury news) they were all fired..hmmmm. and the courts threw the case out...hmmm..go figure..and no they weren't doing undercover stings (the police that is). when you have several large and SMALL city police depts having serious problems with corruption...i really don't blame people for thinking negativly towards them.
as for the aids thing. i think its pretty obvious its due to sex. but then again usa and russia are the only two countries to HOLD ON TO smal pox-a diease which has been ridden from this face of the earth..but yet these two countries hold on to it in case they might need it for war fare.
america is actually trying to use it as a chemical weapon.

Is not just a "fact" that ONLY Black people believe, others believe it as well. Go google... "CIA Drug Trafficking", it is not unusual, nor something new. It is politics, and it takes place every day for a reason. Why would the U.S. involve in Columbia, Nicaragua, etc, for the same reasons we are involving in Iraq, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait for oil.
South American countries provide DRUGS
Middle East, provides OIL
The ONLY two things to stay in power, and at the same time use it as a weapon.

Are you serious? Let's think about it. Are you telling me that drugs and AIDS are only effecting the black community? I believe it is this kind of mentality that keeps racism alive, for all ethnic groups.
