crazy idiots of countries, who although they think can take on the world ,they are just a boil on a big backside, Iran's nutjob adbejejebdebdjed, and numptie smith from Korea, don't realise just how small they really are in comparison to the rest of the world, when the **** hits the fan, they will fold,to save themselves.
Any country where the leader has pictures of himself everywhere,is unfortunately for the people of that country,a joke to the rest of the world.
Sleep sound, sleep well my friend, you have nothing to fear, the likes of USA ,UK ,France, etc,are never going to launch a nuke at anyone. And the other countries,it wont be allowed, maybe more ground wars to come but not nuclear.
Good night god bless,
if you have to worry,
worry about the weather or football, lifes to short to worry about things you can't control anyway.

I can't sleep normally. I take a cancer drug that messes with my sleep cycle and I am often up for 36 hours at a time. It stinks. It is likew at 10pm someone (invisible) shoots me up with speed and I am up all night. Thats why my hair is green....teal for ovarian cancer... I just worry about eating the best possible to live the strongest longest possible. cancer is nore immanent than "crazy idiots with neuclear weaponds "

If the dawn is not going to come, it sure isn't going to help because I stayed up all night!
Relax. Save your strength for more important things in your daily life. Like when the neighbor kid steals your car for a joy ride, or when a cop stops you and beats he** out of you, or when somebody breaks into your house and steals your stuff. Now THAT is something you can DO something about!

When I was in elementary school back in the 1960s, we had frequent nuclear bomb drills. When the alarm sounded we had to put our coats over our heads and crawl under our desks. Frightened the dickens out of us. We learned to live with it. I feel much safer now. I figure that the nuts will bomb New York and DC and not where I live, therefor I feel relatively safe here surrounded by corn fields.

Well...see...what's the point in worrying about it really? I worry about enough as it is which really interrupts my sleep let alone fretting about the end of the world. But too, what can be done...if some crazy idiot is bound and determined that he's going to nuke us, what really can we do? It's one of those damned if you do damned if you don't type deals (for our fearless leaders that is).

To have a peaceful sleep... Remove your wallclock to prevent hurrying. Rely on the sunrise. Also remove unneccesary things at your bedroom. Try to use scented candles for a fresh scent. And pray before to sleep

Well if we don't sleep we won't be fit to protect ourselves. Thats why some stand watch while others sleep.

they think we sleep because we've evolved to have the time during the day when we are most at risk (night because its dark and we cant see danger) be spent in one place not moving or making much sound. we're much safer that way.
