Blueberries!! contain a phytochemical called pterostilbene. This compound may help lower cholesterol and fight cancer.
The anti-inflammatory properties in blueberries appear to boost the protective proteins in the brain and help cells repair damage that can lead to a host of aging-related diseases and conditions

Im going to say the most healthy TYPE of food has to be Indian food, no no not the one you always order from down the street from some cheap indian buffet, I'd rather inhale second hand smoke than eat that stuff. But if you have get real indian recipies and you make it yourself with all the right herbs and veggies, it is actually VERY nutricious, you wont gain weight at all and youll get your vitamans, since its mostly vegetarian.

Anything whole, as in not processed. fresh fruit/veg/meat that you cook, because it will still have its nutrients and won't have preservatives and sodium. Also try for organic, because it won't have pesticides. If you have a consience, go for free range meats and poultry rather than pen-bred.
There is no one food because each food has something and is missing something. Processed foods like Hamburger Helper and snacks usually have nothing.
