Why don't we fall off the earth since it's round. Pictures of the earth show the lands to be verticle and yet we are surely flat. If the atmosphere was gone and we would to be a rock like the moon, and if possible, we can walk all around will we fall off? Wondering what you all have to say.

The earth has a center of mass and you also have a center of mass (although a much smaller mass). Two free bodies (you and the earth) attract each other as though their masses were concentrated at their centers of mass. As you climb a mountain or fly in a plane you weigh slightly less than at sea level because your center of mass is further away from the center of the earth. No matter where you are on the globe (earth) you are attracted towards its center.

Gravitational forces dont let us go away from the earth. If we move so much away from the earth where there are no gravitational forces then we will become weight less and will be flying in the universe.
