I have tried a pill from Playboy and I have a DVD about exercises. But I'm wondering how other men have lengthened their penises. I would like to add that I am heterosexual.

As others have said, it is unlikely anything will lengthen your non-erect penis. I assume you are worried about appearance in the locker room. The funny thing is that the more you worry about it, the more anxiety you feel, the more your penis will shrink up. There is no relationship between the size of a soft penis and that of an erect one. I knew a guy once who went from 2 inches to 9 inches; so, no matter what they think, others cannot tell what you really have just by looking at your non-erect penis.
If a friend makes fun of you, you could say something like, "Well, my penis hangs small here because I'm not gay, and you guys don't turn me on. Why is yours so big?"
(Just for the record, I am gay, so this is not gay-bashing!)

Dude that's silly ,you cannot lengthen your penis well about your erection problems use penis pumps,or Viagra pills but your penis is a god given gift it will grow until the nature blesses you with it ,so don't sweat and use it the best u can lol

14 ok- there are so many different sizes shapes of the penis it is impossible to determine a "normal" the fact of the matter - You have to accept what you have use exercise for good health, and keep your body healthy stay away from the things in your diet that should only be consumed in moderation. You still have some growing to do

There are no pills or exercises that will increase the size of a non-erect or an erect penis. Save your money and use whatever you end up with wisely.

Why does this question keep coming up? There is absolutely NO WAY TO INCREASE PENIS SIZE except by surgical means. There never has been and there is definitely nothing that you can buy to do it. Surgery is the ONLY WAY to increase length and/or girth.
