i swear by yahoo but i know alot of ppl who will swear by google or aj.com....

There is no best. Each has points that I like depending on what information I want to search.
I like the Google search tool bar plug-in more than I like the yahoo version, so I most often will use Google. In terms of quality of search, both are relatively equal.

It gives you more options and even suggests on the right hand side other "wordings" for your search
