I bought an usuless printer from eBay auction.
I paid for the printer 20 bucks or so , and it did not come with
connector to plug into computer, and any software to use it.

Is there any way that I can do with it?
Where can I bring it for recycling?

*The printer is too old to get accesaries from the company.

Printer cables are pretty standard, especially old ones. It's either usb or printer to parallel port. The software is probably all ready in windows. if not go to the manufacture site. Thrift stores have tons of these cables. Very easy to find. Good luck

The price for the ink is more than the printer, I always buy a new printer, when the ink finished. I have the same problem to find somewhere to recycle, too

Goodwill really doesn't want a broken printer.
They're not worth fixing. They almost give printers away just to sell you the ink now days.

Drivers you can download, but it may be more costly than printer. Better you leave it dead......

Or sell it to any one who need spares of this printer.

Inform Ebay. Then go with what they have to say. Did the seller say it would work? If so, tell PayPal not to pay them.

Throw it in the trash or take it to the local goodwill store.
