No, 'fraid not.

You could try contacting Apsley House, which was Wellington's house in London (Hyde Park Corner). I'm pretty sure that they have his spurs there (it's been a few years since I went).

I'm very curious as to why you want this, though ...

the first one u can see his spurs but i don't think they wore spurs like that since the gentleman's spur was just a Lil metal nub that u can see in the second painting on his left heel
