Start, Control Panel. Click (first) on Regional and Language Options, then click on The Language tab I am sure you get the general idea. You will have to change the keyboard as well. have a click fest on the other icons as well because I have a gut feeling that there is something that I have forgotten.

Can we exchange our computers???I bought mine in the States and it is all in English (lucky for my that I speak English pretty good :-D ). I tried to change it a couple of times and asked everyone I know who knows how to deal with PCs. All you can do is changing your keyboard setting. I got myself a German version of WORD which made it a lot easier. But normally you can change the language there, but not the language of the computer surface.
If you find a way, PLEEEASE let me know...

Go to the Control Panel, Regional and Languages and set it there. Control Panel should be Start, All Programs, or Start, Settings. Look around and you will find it. Priceless for fixing things. Make a shortcut for your desktop.
