i am 5ft 7in. 204llbs. and with good speed and great strength do i hav wat it takes 2 be a middle school lineman or linebacker

if ur quick and strong with a nice weight u sound like a all pro defencive end of middle linebacker...you just have to want to get your nose in everyplay and hit someone even if he doesnty have the ball...and it sounds like u would make a good fullback to...just make sure u lift constantly...more reps and less weight is better then alot of weight and less reps...make ur muscles hard and built better...good luck...let me no how it goes....swing_dr_wil@yahoo.com...

You don't have to be huge to be a linbacker. You just have to be strong and agile and smart.
