Blink 182?

February 2nd 2005, blink-182 announced their "indefinite hiatus." Tom considered blink 182 a "bullshit pop band"(http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75_8oCNi_oU) and wanted to move on to do "bigger things" with his life. So, he started the band, Angels & Airwaves with Atom Willard from The Offspring, David Kennedy from Boxcar Racer, and Ryan Sinn from The Distillers. They released their first album on May 23rd 2006.

Mark and Travis also continued to write music and formed the band, Plus 44. They released their first album yesterday and are currently on tour. They will be performing on The David Letterman Show tonight.

they broke up like a year ago lol. Tom Delonge joined Angels and Airwaves as the guitar/vocals. Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker both created a band called Plus 44.

they split up. Tom didn't want to leave California to record or perform, so him and Mark had a falling out. Mark and Travid are now in a band called +44 and Tom is the front man of Angels and Airwaves. Tom and Mark still dont' speak.

no purely as any band blink has grown up yet they nonetheless keep on with a punk rock/option way of playing. they don't look sellouts like eco-friendly day is (besides the undeniable fact that i appreciate eco-friendly day) yet blink purely matured with their writing they did not initiate growing rock ballads and making broadway exhibits. blink is the finest band there has ever been and that i will not watch for neighborhoods!!!

Tom quit the band in Feburary 2005. He changed his number so Mark and Travis don't even know it anymore. They're done.

i really don't know i was wondering that my self......and Red Thanx i new angels and airwaves sounded a lot like blink 182, i just didn't know why.

yeah they broke up. mark and travis wanted to keep touring and make records but tom wanted to take a break. so they broke up. now tom is in angels and airwaves and mark and travis started +44.

yeah they havent done new msuci in awhile but all of them are always in other bands too. Like, "boxcar racer" and "angels and airwaves"
