O.J. is writting a book called"If I had done it-heres how". in this book he will be giving details on how he would have gone about killing his ex and her friend had he actually done it. WTF! is he crazy?! no don't answer that. if he comes out later and actually admits to murdering her and her friend can he be tried for murder? would double jeopordy even apply in that case? if he actually says" yes I did it". what happens then?

okay double jeopardy we know was constructed for good reassons, but in cases where the person later admits to doing what they denied and was aquitted on, it should not apply. maybe that needs to ammended. if he did it and admits to it he should be in prison. what if someone was accused of murdering and raping a 10 year old boy and he denies it but years later they write a book saying that they in fact did do it. they should be in jail. I think people should buy the book in mass quantities and burn it out in front of the place selling the book.

It's just a way for the murderer to make more money on his crime that he got away with. Even with a civil conviction of being responsible for Ron Goldman's death, he has not begun to pay the price awarded to the Goldman family. I don't know how the hell he's still able to play golf in total freedom in Florida and then write books on how he would have done "if" he did. Shame on him some more. My further condolences for the Brown and Goldman families on the pain he has arisen for them.

Unfortunately, he can't be retried for her murder. I don't think he testified at the criminal trial, so we can't even get him for purgery.

However, I hope that some smart lawyer out there finds some way to bring him up on some charges. It's bad enough that he got away with murder, now he wants to gloat about it?

I really hope that there is a God and an afterlife so that this scumbag pays.

I think we have a new standard for the question: "Just how big of an idiot are you?"

This is, w/o question, the dumbest thing ANYbody has done since that moronic prosecutor, going against all sound advice, made him try the glove on, which had shrank by like 3 or 4 sizes.

Yes, OJ can come out and say "I did it" without repurcussions other than still owing the civil fine to the Goldmans. Double Jeopardy does apply.

Whether you think OJ did it or not, he is perfectly within his rights to write a book about it, I'm surprised it took this long!

Unfortunately, nothing will happen to him due to double jeopardy laws. Ultimately, he will have to face G-d, and then true justice will be served. What a piece of scum he is...

It is outrageous isn't it.

I think he is protected by double jeopardy because he did not testify in the criminal trial. I'm really not sure that makes a difference.

I urge everybody on here to not give this any of your attention at all. We put this guy in the limelight just by discussing him and his book. Damn media, for doing the interview. I have no respect whatsoever for this murderer and all of you shouldnt either.
