Most days I rise and do a chant using the word HUUUUUU.which is the word of God. which is the sound of the spirit. of God. then as I do it I give what ever I wish to do to the spirit of God, visualizing what it is I am to do. and asking Gods guidance and help. Just.flowing into the day, with the spirit of god by my side and within me.at the end of the day I will do a Buddhist chant noim neio ho rein ga coio, at night I pray for everyone as a Christian does.there is nothing that I don't really wish not to do.. Bad actions are iron shackles, Good actions are golden chains. there must be balance and detachment in all things. Peace
