Nope, you'll need to buy the games. And in order to play Pets, you'll need to first buy The Sims 2, and then buy Sims 2 Pets. (the reason is because it's an expansion back to the original game of sims 2)

the sims is surprising one in all my well known laptop video games alongside with curler coaster magnate and halo on line. yet yea sims rock and that i even have sims 2 for my xbox and sims 2 pets for my gamecube

sorry you will have to buy it the sims is too expensive to just be on the computer somewhere for free and a really big file.
