my sister is due soon and she already has a baby that is 4months old she is 16 her first child daddy is there but wit her 2nd child i'm afriad he won't be there the babies don't have the same daddy she was raped wit this one but should we press charges or tell him about the baby. help a gurl out

If she has a 4 month old, how did she get pregnant to be "almost due" with this one?
If I was raped I wouldn't want the man anywhere near me or my baby and yes I would have pressed charges.

Uh, the math doesnt add up. Is this for real. In any case if there was a rape, you should file charges. But without physical evidence, it will be a tough battle for a conviction. Maybe the court will order dna tests to verify.

She 16 and having her second child? In my state, that's called two counts of statutory rape---underaged sex. "Her parents" (she is a minor) should contact the District Attorney's Office in her area. If her parents aren't able to do this, then she should. Some counseling from a qualified person would also help.

she should have pressed charges in the first place,
get that guy in jail before he rapes someone else.
if he is raping girls i doubt he is going to attend the father son pick-nick or pay child support for that matter.
