Well, it depends on if you feel like he's moving too fast or not.
At first glance, everyone would say, "What do you mean? Say YES!"
But we don't know the background info. So, that fact that you're wondering about it either means you wanted to tell as many people as you can or there's something going on you feel uneasy about.
