Who did Nicholas have a baby with?

The baby's mother is Courtney Matthews (Sonny's sister) and she died shortly after childbirth. Jax originally paid someone to fix two different paternity tests but it eventually came out that Nicholas is the father. I did read a spoiler somewhere that said that it will eventually come out that Jax really is the baby's father though.

The child currently known as Spencer Cassadine has Courtney Matthews for a mother. There's still some uncertainty about who his father is.

Courtney had Nicolas's baby. There was a mix up in the paternity and everyone thought Jax was the father because he paid someone to change the dna test results to make it look like he was the father.
