There are several great ones out there. It is all a matter of personal preference I think.
But I love http://www.dropshots.com that is my absolute favorite.

yahoo pictures is great. Also, photobucket is a good site too. There is also flickr.com - all require a registration for a username and password - but are free. I think there is a limit to how much you can store there, but I believe they all still hold plenty of photos.

When i need to share photos I use http://www.filelodge.com or http://www.esnips.com/signin/index.jsp
they give 500Mb storage and unlimit bandwidth
