the girls and boys were separated to watch a movie about our body changes. the girls watched about guys, and the guys watched about girls. the girls acted like it was a way of life, but the guys stare at us like we're zombies. are they immature and don't know how to take it or am i overreacting??

the guys were probably shocked at what the female body goes through every month. Yes boys do mature slower than girls. give them time. I mean we create life within our bodies and that is awesome. Our bodies are more complex then theirs. They were thinking of you as sexless humans now they see you as women. It probably scares them to death!! I think their reaction is normal.

If you are a teacher or something like that then you should already know that girls are more mature. I'm sure you weren't over reacting because a boy can be 16 yrs. old and still act the same way

Some guys are immature. My husband doesn't get weirded out when I talk to him about female issues. It just depends on the guy.

Boys are much more immature than girls in their teens and no you are not over reacting, just expect no more of any "guy" until he reavhes his 20's than you will no longer be a boobs & butt

Guys are all imature and they will act like that out of embarresment they always do u may be overacting slightly but why do u acre as long as u all know the right stuff it may save one of u getting pregnant before ur ready....

Both- boys at that age are much less mature than girls, but it has been like that forever. Cut them some slack, that is just how they are wired. Wait until you are old enough to get married, it really doesn't change..... they get taller and more intelligent, but they never really grow up :-)

Get used to it. Guys are just plain old meatheads when it comes to women. They saw what was in the movie, so they were probably just fantasizing about how the girls in class looked like naked. Turn it on them, just sit there and stare back at them and make them feel uncomfortable.
