I have taken it I am OK I was Ok.
If i though there was any chance yes i would take it again u r only meant to take it 3 times cos it does mess ur system up but i guess u can take it as many times as u wish
It is not the answer to contraception though
U can get it at the chemist for £25 ish
Or U can go to Hospital or the doctors and get it free...
If you are under age or otherwise if u are over 18 and not in education u pay a small fee of around £6 ish
There are some many different types of contraception on the market these days the pill is not the only answer.
If u think there is any chance that the condom split or u had unprotected sex then i would personally take it i ahvent in the past and worried myself sick u need to be acreful in any case.
The morning after pill can be taken upto 72hrs after wards for full effect it is not 100% though

I took the morning after pill years ago. It is NOT like an abortion at all because I don't believe in those but anyways. I took it because I was on birth control and we used a condom and it broke. I went to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for it. I took it and I never got pregnant. I was so sick from it. It hit me like a bad flu bug. I wouldn't take it again. I was younger then and now I am grown with a family and still with the man who I took the pill because of. I was ok with taking it because I knew that it wasn't a abortion......it was just a really strong dose of regular birth control pills. And if in fact it wouldn't of helped then I knew I would be having a baby. Either way it worked out.

all these people on here are so rude...they shouldve read the question first before they statred blah blah blah and "keep your legs closed" etc....ugh people like that irritate me -- but anyways lol
i have not taken the morning after pill but i do know that:
the morning after pill does not work if you already pregnant and the fertilized egg has attached to the uterus already.
....the girl is suppose to take it after the "accident" /unprotected sex. the pill works by works by either three ways:
1. by preventing the egg from attaching to the lining of the uterus.
or
2. the hormones delay the body's menstrual cycle/releasing of the egg
or
3. if the egg is already fertilized, then the hormones in the morning after pill "prevent" the fertilized egg from attaching to the uterine walls, so basically her body rejects the embryo and the child will die and be expelled in her next menstrual period...but this is all "invisible to the eye" because the would-be baby was still a little microscopic cell....and this is only if the first 2 actions fail. so thats why its important for the girl to take the M.A.C. as soon as possible so that she can avoid action #3
well i hope this little bit of info helps

WebMD has a lot of info on the morning after pill. http://www.webmd.com/content/article/126/116441.htm
According to this site, the pill was approved for over the counter use this year (you no longer need a prescription). You can use the pill within 5 days of unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy, however, the longer you wait to use it, the more ineffective it becomes. The morning after pill is NOT the same as the abortion pill....the morning after pill works much like other birth control pills...it stops the release of an egg from the ovary. It can even stop a sperm from fertilizing the egg. The morning after pill is also known as Plan B.

A girl at my school took it. It worked, that is all i have to say. But if you don't want to get pregnant than don't spread your legs and get protection as in condoms and the pill. It is just a lesser form of an abortion. It is a get out of jail free card for people who don't want to deal with the consequences of their actions. Basically it is for irresponsible people.

There are so many people who want children and then there are immature little girls like you , that have sex and then say "Oh. I don't want it I think I will get rid of it", you are pathetic.. You are lucky to be pregnant!
One day you will get married and be happy and try to have a baby, and want be able to and you will hate yourself for this!
