Probably work in the Human Resources at a hospital or be a manager of a clinic. Also, you can work for a pharmaceutical company and be a pharm rep selling meds to health care providers. i hear it pays well and its a stepping stone for higher endeavors.
or you can go back to school and get a higher degree:
Medical school
Physician Assistant
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Good luck!

It depends on what kind of health care degree. There are many positions in that field, for example:
Registered Nurse
Vocational Nurse
General Practitioner
OB/GYN Doctor
Cardiologist
Surgeon
Radiologist
X-Ray Technician
Psychologist
Psychiatrist
Nurse Practitioner
Physician's Assistant
etc...
It all depends on how long you want to go to school, how much money you have to pay for it, what you want to do when you get out of school, what you are good at, so on. The medical field is a great field, you will almost always be able to find a job. Also, you are doing something to help people.

There are so many (pharmaceuticals, mental health, public health, health administration, nutrition). Is this a Bachelors or Masters? Also their has to be some specialty involved (the healthcare field is very broad) . I have my bachelors degree in Human Biology and I'm going to graduate school for my Master's in Public Health and Nutrition. Be a little more specific so maybe I can help.
