a Ranma 1/2. the unreleased movie?

In the U.S. there where i think two movies, there is another were they reaveled an older Tendo sister i've only seen bits of it, some pics where Ryoga is wearing a white tux, and something about a magic water, does any one know about this movie or were i can get it?

Saw that one 8-13 years ago, i don't think you can get it now but maybe you can watch it on youtube.com.
