If you can't talk, walk, stand or anything, and it takes all you have to breathe through a contraction, you are in labor. And trust me, you will know once those harder contractions come. There's always the possiblity you could be, but call your doctor and they will let you know what to do. If they only tell you to time your contractions and go if they are a certain time apart- remember what I said as well... because I went to the hospital when they were like 3 min apart, and they were real contractions, they just weren't strong enough, so they sent me home.
goodluck!

7 months is a little early, I hope you are not for your baby. Get out of the bath, get into bed and try to relax. Read a book, watch a movie or TV, anything to calm down. If the contractions are coming fast (every 4 to5 minutes)and hard (so painful that you cant walk), then you need to go to the hospital. It is normal that you should have some contractions, they are called Braxton Hicks and they are preparing your body for the real work of giving birth.

It is very likely That you may feel as if you are in labor. You are probably having something called the braxton hicks contractions these are very similar to actual contractions, yet they are nothing to be worried about, set down take a bath and relax you have two more months to prepare for the arrival of you child

possibly. how oftin are they coming? anything under once every 5 minutes, go to the hospital right away, you might be.
my mom didnt know she was in labor for almost 12 hours. she just thought she had indigestion until her water broke (but i was only 2 weeks early)
call the hospital now, let them know you might be having contractions, they might want to see you now so they can find out for sure and possibly put you on bed rest. or they can tell you its just false labor.

You need to call your OBs office & head for the hospital. You should not be having contractions at 7 months, they could be bracton hics, but do not take that chance.
