for normal person it will hurt. but for experienced and trained martial artist its not difficult at all.
they tone up their muscles and breathing exercises with a lot of concentration.

Mmmm relies upon upon the size and the age of the female. My niece who's 3 consistently jumps on me, it doesnt harm. My female pal a hundred and twenty pounds jumps on me - on my tummy - iam a flat pizza!
