Yeah, you're right.
Elizabeth I and Catherine the Great were lousy rulers compared to most males. They didn't usher in their nations' golden ages and start the building of two of the greatest empires the world has known.
And it wasn't Corazon Aquino who established democracy in the Phillippines.
And Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir and Indira Gandhi were weak and incompetent.
