shut down for unidentified meat?

you can sue, but you won't get anything unless you can prove that actual harm was caused to you. that's the case for any suit. i had a case where a woman found a baked roach in her bag of cheetos but she didn't win anything because she couldn't prove that any damage had been caused to her.

I would think you would be able to sue check out your local lawyers on that one. I would like to know what the unidentified meat was....

You can contact an attorney to file a civil suit if you can prove you ate there and ate the bad meat.

Possibly. But it won't make much of a difference. Chances are there's a rather lengthy list of creditors that have more priority over their funds than you do.

you can pretty much sue anybody, any company for anything you choose. but you are not likely to win. your lawyer will appreciate the business.
