I don't advocate disobeying school policy, but information wants to be free so here is your answer. Google for "cgi proxy", or use any of the free proxy lists to find one. Here is one of many list-sites:

Assuming your school uses a blacklist type filter, when you use these proxies, the information will appear to be coming from some other site and not the banned site.
Some schools might do a real-time filter, some variant of a "bayesian filter". In that case, make sure you use an SSL encrypted proxy.
It might be a good idea to use one anyway, if you are concerned about getting caught. An SSL link encrypts the information transmitted from the site itself all the way to your local machine, which means nobody sitting in the middle can spy on what you are doing.
Keep in mind this doesn't keep you completely safe however, as there might be spy software implanted on the local machine itself that reports back to some auditor.
Again, I'm not encouraging you to break the rules of your school, but I want you to know the options, risks, and potential hurdles ahead of you. Don't think I'm giving you the whole answer here either, you will probably want to do some independent research.
Hopefully this will be an educational experience for you, it certainly doesn't take much to be more educational than the garbage they cram down you kid's throats these days.

You can't! There is more then likely a filter on the computers at the school that prevent it and if it does let you then there is usually an alarm that goes off on the principle's computer to let him know who was looking! My advice DON'T
