I have a part time job, and I get along with mostly every1 there except for these old chicks (they are about 30 or so) I could be trying to be nice to them and they will give me attitude for no reason, it happens all the time not just at work either,why cant these older chicks stop being such bitches all the time

probably mad cuz they're getting older and uglier, guys don't want them as much and they're jealous of your youth/beauty

Firstly, 30 isn't old any more. Not when the retirement age is >60 and lots of people live to 70 and 80 years old.
Perhaps they are envious of your youth (you don't say how old you are but I'm guessing teenager). There's an old saying, "youth is wasted on the young", which basically means young people don't really appreciate how nice it is to be young, healthy and carefree. It's not until you have to work a full week for 48 weeks a year that you realise what a good time your youth was, and how much better you'd spend the time if you had the chance again. I'm guessing they're a little resentful that you're still young and lucky, and they're not.

It sounds like you are the one who is having a problem
Maybe you should change your approached and the ones who do give you lip tell them to have a nice day a walk away and let that be the end of it.
Take it from this old chick about 30 or so and I am so from from miserable and would not give you the time of day if I observed the character you have displayed.

Bad attitudes come in all ages, genders and races. My sweeheart is 52 and has the best disposition and personality I've ever seen and always smiling and happy. I've seen younger women who acted the way you are talking about quite often too and like spoiled brats or like the world owes them something. You have to remember 30 something is young to me ha, ha! I am 52 and pretty nice and was probably more high strung and argumentive when I was in my early 20's as I though I knew it all. Take care and try not to let it bother you too much.

Wow. yeah that is really old! 30??? why would a place hire such old chicks? I bet they can't even function and probably need wheelchairs to move around.
Hmmm... maybe these old "chicks" didn't have to work with teenyboppers such as yourself they wouldn't be bitchy all the time!

Perhaps it's your perception that you're younger, prettier, smarter, and more popular than they are...and maybe it shows? So maybe they don't want to be around someone who thinks all that? I certainly wouldn't in their place. Sometimes what you might consider 'nice' would to them appear to be patronising or condescending. Which isn't nice at all, and feels awful on the receiving end, as I'm sure you'll find out some day. When you're young and pretty, folks are nicer to you...when you age, it all goes away. And by the way, 30 is NOT old. As you'll find when you get there.

It most likely has nothing to do with THEIR age.
I have found myself, the growing generations are sometimes ,( key word SOMETIMES) more opinionated, and have actual educated opinions. They don't like it, it makes them feel smaller.
It might be that you inadvertantly made them feel less smart. Girls are all about the competition, and you are the lead compeditor.
It's agism sweetie. Just keep on your path, be as nice as you can, and soon they will realize how petty they are. Let them know that for men, a women in her 30's is more disireable, than other age groups. 40 is a womans sexual peak. When you said old I thought you meant my grandmother's age, and she STILL travels the world.

I am a really old chick (way more then 30). I don't feel miserable all the time. Maybe they just don't like you.

They are jealous of you. You are younger....There are many women like that. Just ignore them. Some people are hateful and filled with jealously so they are rude and mean toward people. That is very common.
