I have a feeling that I may get replaced at work. I am a good worker but a girl that worked here before me came back maturnity leave and now there is spot for me, what should I do? I love my work and my customers.

Unfortunately, not much (assuming you're NOT in a terminate at-will state and NOT in a union).
Probably the only thing is could show your boss how much you LOVE your job and how you LOVE the customers and LOVE treating them right. Be OPENLY ENTHUSIASTIC. Bosses find it hard to terminate people who feel that way (unless you really screw up)

Just do a good job and if they replace you find another job...you can make new friends at any job...and most times you do not keep in touch with people you worked with before...

Work harder than the others. If you're still replaced, file an unfair dismissal suit.
