I didn't used to be a calm person, but I've learned to be one now. I don't let every little thing bother me, practice breathing exercises, meditate, & I try to think before I act. With a little practice, being calm begins to happen naturally.

Yes most the time I am unless there are many things going on in my life and I don't have time to get them done. If I'm not calm I stop and have a cup of tea...

Nope, I'm not, but I try to keep calm by playing on the keyboard or doing something that I'll like that will occupy my mind to something else.

by under-reacting to everything. At least that is what I try to do, I'm not very calm most of the time though. I try to be.

Deep breathing and meditation. And it kind of helps to have a sense of humor too.

Yes, I am. I just don't let things get to me. I say, "Salma, it isn't worth it. Get over it. It'll only last a while. Plus, there's no point in getting angry."
There's a coldness in it too though...
