A Bit more info needed ! How are they getting legal aid under false pretence ? I can tell you the legal aid board are very very thorough when they give legal aid ! if you can give more details of the situation i may be able to explain it .
Whatever happened to innocent till proven guilty ? you guy`s have already concluded that this person is a cheat without any proof what so ever ! Any body can get legal aid weather your working or not ! was`nt so long ago that a footballer who was on £50,000 a WEEK got awarded legal aid ! we need to see the proof that they are a cheat in the first place so a bit more info please !

It's about time we took a stand against these freeloaders that just want to take out of the system without putting anything back in.
Benefit cheats, fraudulent claiments, all need to be reported and i congratulate you for deciding to take this brave step.
If all of us stopped 'looking the other way,' this country may get back what it once had.
You need to report them to your local courts offices. They will take the matter further.

Yes. Turn them in. Fraud like this is one reason our taxes are so high. People who abuse the system should be charged, prosecuted and jailed. It is people who do this that make it hard for the people who really need help to get it.

If they are your legal adversary, it would be unwise to report them. It could be seen by the court as obstruction of justice or worse. Otherwise, why should you care?
