Microsoft Office Document Image........?

Question

Is there a way to print just a small portion of these documents.... I am trying to print out about 1/4 of a floor plan and only know to convert it to a pdf to be able to choose what area to print... which drastically reduces the quality.. Thanks!!

If it is currently in MS Word format then you can use the drawing tools in Word. To access it make sure "drawing" is checked in the toolbars option. Then you wiil be able to use the crop tool to crop it down to only the part you want and you can print it straight out of Word. When you are done close Word without saving and your document will go back to the original state before you cropped it.
