Yes! All of it's fliuds (life) will leak out. Bikes laid on their side usually means "Have fallen over" which in turn should be PICKED UP.

Do you mean during storage?
When storing a dirtbike it should be upright so the fluids sit where they are supposed to be and keep seals and gaskets wet.
It is a good idea to reduce air pressure in the tires about 20% and cover the bike to keep it dry. Also, add Sta-bil to the gas if you leave gas in it at all.
