It consists of hand painted reproduction, famous historical paintings and rare engravings. This Immortal Edition was privately printed by subscribers by St. Hubert Guild, New York in 1906.

Have you tried eBay? Or a rare book dealer, eg Alibris?
Just did a search on Alibris for you and they have several editions of the book you're looking for, although not the exact edition by the look of it. You can set up a wishlist with them though & they'll notify you if the one you're interested in becomes available.
