I can already fly, ever since I was 9 or 10 years old... so I think I would Choose Invisibility, to add to my superpower arsenal.
Huh, flying? Uh, ever since I realized that gravity was a law. I just break the law, run about 3 or 4 steps, and leap, and there I go. I used to use a flying pillow, until I understood I (and you,too) fly without the pillow....
About reading minds, I usually choose to read good books, or read this question/answer forum.

Fly. I wouldn't have a need to be invisible, and I would feel too guilty If I read someones mind without them knowing it. :)

Tough one, but i think i'd rather fly, because you could easily eavesdrop (alternative to reading minds) and get to good spying locations (alternative to turning invisible)
And of course, YOU CAN FLY!

afraid of heights for flying and reading minds wouldn't want to know what everyone is thinking but being invisible yes nobody would never know where you are
