Stay completely still? Probably a few minutes max.
Stay in the same place (e.g., at a computer workstation) for an extended period of time? All day if I really wanted to.
I had no problems riding buses and trains all day and night, with only a few breaks each day.

If my survival depends on it....hours on end. By choice through meditation, not very long at all, usually only about 45 minutes.

I like to think i can stay still for a long time.
But i've never actually tested myself.
But i know i like to fidget and move around.

Well I've done meditation for an hour and not moved for that entire time. I think I could go longer, but the class only lasts for an hour.

A pretty long time when I'm sleeping! Haven't timed it before though for obvious reason.

Oh geez not long. It's a bit sad actually, how I always need to be somewhat in movement, even when I sleep.

8 hours every night while I sleep. There's some mornings I wake up numb because I haven't moved.
