I am currently writting a story on the first Final Fantasy and i was wondering if i ever do get it done and want to publish it... Will i have to pay Squre Enix a cut? and if so how much...

You will need to ask permishion from Square Enix first before publishing it.
That's a cool idea though. I would read it.

hey, I had a look at your 360 page and the demo story is ok. think u will have to give them a cut. they might not let u publish if they don't like your story.
