I was counting days this year to taste the "Nectar of the Yultide Gods" again. I never repeat NEVER get nauseous when drinking this fine Yultide Nectar. The reason eggnog is so good is that the thickness of the nog as well as the fine combination of the cinnamon and nutmeg. I'm having such a rush with the Nog. Maybe people just can't handle the stuff which in turn is more for me and others who love this "Nectar of the Yultide Gods".

Eggnog is so good, and usually makes you nauseous because there is liquor in traditional eggnog. Im pretty sure its brandy of a sort.

I think it's the nutmeg. Yummmm.
You can only drink a small amount because it's so rich. Has lots of cream (some of it is made with half-n-half), and sugar, although you can make your own home-made with milk and sugar substitute, and that would help.

Because you can only get it in the store a few months out of the year. If it was available all the time it would not be nearly as tasty.

It's the best drink for the holidays, but if you put some liquor in it then you can drink it all night.

It's sooooo gooooood because it's sooooooo bad for you. And then your stomach realizes it's just taken in about three week's worth of fat and you feel sick.
