I used to play the clarinet and never had such problems. Are you using a plastic or wooden clarinet?
Make sure that you clean it on a regular basis and if you are using a wooden clarinet, keep it well oiled. Take it to a music shop and have a professional look at it. They will be able to clean it and assess any damage that may have been caused.
I wouldn't play it until you have figured out what the problem is.

Depends on how small they are, they could be some type of Psocids, or Book lice, they like damp conditions, and need a certain amount of humidity to survive, the easiest way to get rid of them is to dry out your Clarinet, and allow it to dry after each time you use it. I would suggest a good clean before you use it again

There is an insect that is attracted to the reed in a clarinet. Most professional clarinetists should be able to advise you.
