Lilly of Marlene - Deitricht. Liked by both sides in WW2.

Some Enchanted Evening - Rogers and Hammerstein? Was in first movie to which my mother took me to see, "South Pacific" and typifies the feeling you have when you first fall in love with someone.

Stairway to Heaven - best song, by the best band, ever.

Let it Grow - Clapton. best guitar player in the world. (The one about seeing his son in heaven is also great but too much of a tear jerker for me to listen to much.)

Edmund Fitzgerald - Lightfoot. Really typifies the spiritual feeling around the Great Lakes. Railroad Trilogy is also good, has the beat of a train and the feel of Canada.

At Last -Etta James. One of the best feel good songs of all time. Just belt it out baby.

Take me to the River by the Talking heads. It moved me from the very first time I heard it in 1978. Of course I was standing in front of a speaker that was nearly as tall as I was then.
