Zombies make ANYTHING better. If you doubt that, watch "Army of Darkness" (the greatest movie EVAR, except for maybe "Shaun Of The Dead").

It all depends in how you use them. It seems here that you guys are going to be adding them in as an afterthought. Take a look at your script and then ask yourself these questions...
What bearing do they have on the plot?
How much would it cost to create the effects, and how many zombies would you need?
Will the zombie designs match up with the style that you are already working with?

Zombies can be used to great effect, as long as they are used in the right way. If they have nothing to do with your plot, they can drag your movie down quicker than anything else. If they are already integral to it, the designs of the zombies may take over your effects budget. I am one, who is all for using zombies at any turn, it just has to be done right. I would say yes, but I haven't seen your script, and I don't know exactly what the zombies would be emphasing in your movie. Also keep in mind, that zombies can very quickly take over your entire movie. Take care.

The only way I could picture zombies in a superhero movie is if Scarecrow in a Batman movie gasses someone who has a fear of the dead. The victim is gassed and suddenly finds him/herself completely surrounded by imaginary zombies, while Scarecrow just sits by and enjoys the psycho-torture. >:D

It really depends on what kindda superhero u're trying to put in your movie. if the movie is dark-atmosphere superhero background like batman and blade, then i would say, yes. But if it's about bright colourful superman-theincredible-spiderman background, i would say, noooo way. i mean, come on dude!

if you wanna full-action and -a.s.s-kicking action, why dont you replace the zombies with androids, robots, or half-human robots.
