Ovulation can sometimes cause you to spot blood, and that occurs on the 14th day of your cycle, which would tie in. I'm not sure how common this is, but it can happen. Implantation bleeding also occurs around the same time though, which I think is a more common cause. Good luck! :)

It is probably just an ovulation bleed. Did you have pain on one side (one of your ovaries). This would indicate ovulation. Hope this helps. However if you are VERY worried please go to your doctor and be checked out
