if my mondeo tdci injectors all need re coding should it still start?

No it will not start until they have been recoded !

the injectors dont need recoding the fuel pump needs re coding and it will not start untill this has been done however you could try disconecting the battery overnight, short the battery terminals to drain the ecu. then reconnect. if this doesnt work the chances are you will need a new pump module.
