Turn your water off at the source, under the sink or where ever you turned it off before. Take everything off and start over. I'm sorry but somewhere along the line you screwed up.
Go through the procedure again, one thing at a time and slowly. You must have got some part of a washer in the line, which happens, or something on that order.

First thing to check, when you work on a faucet, take the sprayer off or the faucet end or, a bunch of junk will come through the line and plug it, guaranteed. That's where it all ends up. Clean that out too. Good luck.

To test It Unscrew Handle From Spray Hose Aim Hose in to sink Turn water on slowly Water Should come Out Of Hose If Not Then It's The Butterfly That Is located In Faucet Under The spout It's Possibile Something got stuck in it When You Repaired Faucet. Unscrew Spout Butterfly Should Be Right There Some Of Them just pop out and some screw out.

wow!, this is a tuff nut of speculation...if you just replaced the leaking gasket in the faucet handle, it doesnt makes sense, if you bought a new set of faucets, you might check that it is hooked up right (sorry, ive known people that didnt plug in an appliance and didnt know why it wouldnt work)....check that all water valves are open, all lines correctly hooked up, that the sprayer is connected correctly to the right spot on faucet, if sprayer is new fine, if its the old one it may have a bad valve and need replacing...the noise is air in the lines, may need to flush the lines back down the line system, damn, sorry, not sure i helped a bit, good luck
